I have ordered. What happens now?

(1) As soon as we receive your application, one of our representative will review it to decide if we approve or reject it. Here are some typical reasons why an application cannot be approved:

  • Insufficient information about the economic origin of the money
  • We believe that the money you intend to deposit on the account is of illegal origin
  • You ordered an account incompatible with your country of residence or citizenship
  • We do not think that we will be able to open you an account for some other reason

(2) We process the payment of the account set-up fee:

  • Credit cards
    If the transaction is approved by the credit card company, we process your application the same day.
  • Other payment methods
    We will confirm you that we have approved your application. Then you can pay the set-up fee and we will process your application as soon as the payment clears.

(3) We start the account opening procedure.
