If you paid us by cheque, bank transfer or Western Union, please send us your name, the transaction number of your application and the details of your transfer so that we can locate your payment without delay.

  • For Western Union transfers , we need the Western Union transaction number. Once we have this number we need only a few hours to locate your payment.
  • For bank transfers, we need to know from what bank you sent the funds - please bear in mind that bank transfers can take time to clear.
  • For payments by cheques, we wait until your cheques fully clears - this can take up to several weeks.

We will notify you when we have received your payment.

Your application will be processed as soon as your payment as cleared.
